CVP Canvasser

Account and Data Deletion

This page describes how to request that Civic Voice Partners delete a CVP Canvasser account and associated personal data.

1. Nature of the Request

Submitting a request is not an automatic deletion action and does not remove records immediately. Identity and organization membership are verified before any change is made. Uninstalling the application does not delete the account or associated data.

2. How to Submit a Request

  1. Select Email a deletion request.
  2. Include the workplace email address used for CVP Canvasser and the name of the participating organization.
  3. Send the message from that workplace email address where possible. A reply will state any further verification steps and the status of the request.

Do not send your password, photo identification, payment information, receipt images, location history, or sensitive shift details in the initial message.

3. Scope of Deletion

Following verification, Civic Voice Partners and the participating organization will identify the account and delete or de-identify the personal data that can be removed. A request limited to particular information should describe that information.

4. Retained Records

Timekeeping, payroll, expense, security, audit, and similar records may need to be retained to satisfy the legal and operational obligations of the participating organization. A reply will state which information cannot be deleted and what will be retained.

5. Related Requests

The same address may be used for access, correction, and retention inquiries. Assistance with hours, sign-in, and application behavior is provided on the support page.
